PROEN Corp Public Company Limited, a provider of information technology services in data centers, ISP internet services, and cloud services, places a strong emphasis on technological advancement. In an era of rapid technological change, integrating technology into business operations enhances efficiency and creates competitive opportunities.<\/p>\n

As a data center service provider, PROEN views the emergence of AI as a driving force that gives data centers a significant advantage. It is akin to the relationship between the brain and the body\u2014when the brain operates within a healthy body, overall performance improves. Similarly, with the growth of AI, data center service providers are certain to experience significant growth as well.<\/p>\n

The company has observed the rapid advancements in technology and the increasing interest of foreign investors in investing in Thailand. To strengthen its position as a data center service provider, the company has sought partnerships to further expand its business. This led to a joint venture with Magma Holding Company Limited (majority-owned by the DAMAC Group) to establish Seashore Data Center and Cloud Service Co., Ltd. PROEN holds a 30% stake in the venture, operating under the brand EDGNEX Data Centers by DAMAC.<\/p>\n

The data center is located on Rama IX Road and Srinakarin Road, covering over 10,000 square meters and accommodating approximately 3,000 square meters of server space. The first phase of construction will deliver a capacity of 1.67 megawatts, with plans to expand to 5 megawatts by 2025. The majority of the clients will be international. This collaboration aims to develop a data center capable of supporting AI and emerging technologies, ensuring it effectively meets the demands of customers in the digital era.<\/p>\n

Business operations face numerous challenges, bringing both risks and opportunities.
